  • Standing Bicep Curl - 10 to 15 Reps.
  • Jumping Jacks - 30 seconds
  • Shoulder Press - 10 to 15 Reps.
  • Simulated Jump Rope - 60 seconds
  • Triceps Kickback - 10 to 15 Reps
  • Jumping Jacks/Jump Rope - 40 seconds
  • Rest for 30 seconds up to 1 minute
  • Repeat steps 3 Full Times
